defyne is an act of defiance and reclamation.  this collection of poetry and prompts redefines vulnerability by expounding on the darkest parts of the human experience. he unpacks mental health, race, grief, and more in a way that is gripping, unique, and resilient. this collection will challenge and encourage the reader to begin their own process of (re)defining their self and their experiences and defy any narratives they didn’t create.
